SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Unemployment benefits; drug testing. Requires each applicant for unemployment benefits, as a condition of eligibility, to provide the Virginia Employment Commission with the results of a drug test that is negative for the use of a nonprescribed controlled substance.
