SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Secretary of Health and Human Resources to convene a work group to develop a plan to address needs of Virginians with disabilities.  Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Resources to convene a work group composed of various stakeholders to develop a plan for addressing housing and transportation needs of Virginians with disabilities. This bill was incorporated into HB 79.
