Coalfield employment enhancement tax credit; sunset date.  Extends from January 1, 2015, to January 1, 2017, the sunset date for the coalfield employment enhancement tax credit. This bill is identical to SB 609.

Coalfield employment enhancement tax credit; eliminates sunset date.  Eliminates the January 1, 2015, sunset date for the coalfield employment enhancement tax credit.
