SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act; liquefied propane gas containers.  Exempts qualified stationary American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) LP-Gas containers used exclusively in propane service from the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act until July 1, 2013. The measure also removes obsolete language.
