Costs of elections.  Requires cities and towns to pay the costs incurred by the State Board of Elections in administering local May elections.

Costs of elections.  Requires counties, cities, and towns to pay the costs incurred by the State Board of Elections in administering local elections held on a date other than the November general election date. The bill takes effect January 1, 2014.
