SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Persons entitled to register and vote. Provides that any person who registers to vote in the Commonwealth shall be deemed to be a resident of the Commonwealth for the purpose of being licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth. The bill also requires that any person registering to vote disclose on his application whether he is licensed to operate a motor vehicle in another state or country, and the general registrar shall send a list of all applicants so licensed to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
