Appeals to the board of zoning appeals. Provides that a civil penalty shall not be assessed by the court during pendency of a 30-day appeal period.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals. Shortens the time for appeal of certain local land use decisions to the board of zoning appeals from 30 days to 14 days.
