SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Zero tolerance BAC after restoration of full driving privilege following DUI conviction. Provides that the zero tolerance (0.02%) blood alcohol content restriction imposed upon a person following a DUI conviction (i) during the pendency of a restricted license, shall continue for two years following restoration of driving privileges or (ii) when no restricted license is issued, shall be imposed for two years upon restoration of driving privileges following a suspension or revocation.
