SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Issuance of fire investigation warrant; State Police arson investigators. Authorizes State Police arson investigators to obtain administrative warrants to investigate fires. Current law only authorizes fire marshals to obtain such warrants. This bill is identical to SB 133.
