SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Application for driver's license; social security number. Allows issuance of a driver's license to an applicant who fails to provide a social security number on the application if such failure is due to a bona fide religious objection to providing a social security number for any reason not related to official social security tax or benefit purposes.
