SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

University of Virginia; board of visitors.  Increases the size of the board of visitors from 16 to 17, of whom (i) at least 12 shall be appointed from the Commonwealth at large, (ii) at least 12 shall be alumni of the University of Virginia, and (iii) at least one shall be a physician with administrative and clinical experience in an academic medical center.
