SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Statewide system of trails; wheelchairs or other power-driven mobility devices.  Permits the Department of Conservation and Recreation to allow the use of wheelchairs or other power-driven mobility devices on the statewide system of trails in accordance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
