SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Comprehensive Services for At-Risk Youth and Families; State Executive Council; membership. Adds two local government representatives, chosen from the members of a county board of supervisors or a city council and a county administrator or city manager, to the State Executive Council for Comprehensive Services for At-Risk Youth and Families, increasing the number of local government representatives from three to five. The bill also provides that alternates may be designated by and vote on behalf of local government representatives. This bill is identical to SB 396.
