S.B. 201 Hospital discharge of certain minors; information on services available.

Hospital discharge of certain minors; information on services available.  Requires hospitals to provide information on available alcohol and substance abuse services to minors who present with alcohol poisoning or a drug overdose. The bill also requires hospitals in such cases to seek consent to have the local community services board or behavioral health authority follow up with the patient.
