SENATE BILL NO. 515 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee for Courts of Justice on March 2, 2012) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Wagner) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 4.1-203.1, relating to alcoholic beverage control; managers for licensed retail establishments.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 4.1-203.1 as follows:

§ 4.1-203.1. Managers of licensed retail establishments.

The Board may suspend or revoke any license if it finds that the licensee has been convicted for a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(f), as amended, for actions of its managers or otherwise constituting a pattern or practice of employing unauthorized aliens in the Commonwealth.
