12103626DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 46.2-806 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 46.2-806. One-way roadways and highways.
A. The Commonwealth Transportation Board may designate any highway or any separate roadway under its jurisdiction for one-way traffic and shall erect appropriate signs. Traffic thereon shall move only in the direction designated.
B. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A, the council of the Town of Blacksburg may by ordinance allow for the operation of bicycles in either direction of traffic on one-way roadways and highways.
