Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-873.3 as follows:

§ 46.2-873.3. Maximum speed limit in an industrial park.

The maximum speed limit on any highway in an industrial park, established by an industrial development authority, pursuant to § 15.2-4901 shall be 35 miles per hour.
