VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapters 176 and 817 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007 and the third enactment of Chapter 608 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007, relating to sales and use tax exemption; sunset dates. [H 513] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapters 176 and 817 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007 are amended and reenacted as follows:

2.  That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2012 2017.

2.  That the third enactment of Chapter 608 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007 is amended and reenacted as follows:
