Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-510.1 as follows:

§ 29.1-510.1. Open season for hunting bears.

When the Board establishes an open season for the hunting of bear, any person may hunt during the entire season using any legal hunting method, including the use of dogs.
