Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Department of Game and Inland Fisheries shall waive the facility use permit fee for any person who is engaged in land-based recreational activity at Rural Retreat Lake Park in Wythe County.

2.  That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
