Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 65.2-603.2 as follows:

§ 65.2-603.2. Pharmacy providers.

An employer or his agent shall not restrict an injured employee's choice of pharmacy providers pursuant to a workers' compensation claim.
