CHAPTER 647 An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 219 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, relating to financing the uninsured employer's fund established under the Workers' Compensation Act. [S 576] Approved April 5, 2012

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapter 219 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2.  That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2012 2015.
