CHAPTER 600 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 2.2-2818.01, relating to the Department of Human Resource Management; health and related insurance for state employees. [H 738] Approved April 4, 2012

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-2818.01 as follows:

§ 2.2-2818.01. Employer contributions.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Department shall have the sole responsibility and authority to establish and enforce employer contribution rates for any plan established pursuant to § 2.2-2818.
