CHAPTER 182 An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 388 of the Acts of Assembly of 2011, relating to career and technical education industry certifications. [H 1108] Approved March 8, 2012

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the second enactment of Chapter 388 of the Acts of Assembly of 2011 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2.  That the provisions of this act shall become effective on July 1, 2012 2013.
