CHAPTER 123 An Act to repeal § 32.1-102.12 of the Code of Virginia, relating to certificate of public need program; annual report. [S 487] Approved March 6, 2012

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 32.1-102.12 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
