2. That the provision of this act shall expire on July 1, 2014.
3. That on or before October 31, 2014, the Department of General Services shall report to the Chairman of the House Committee on General Laws and the Senate Committee on General Laws and Technology on the number of times price matching authorized under this act was used and the outcome of the procurement process wherein price matching was used. The Department shall include in its report any other information relative to price matching the Department deems necessary or appropriate.
