SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Craney Island disposal.  Authorizes the Virginia Port Authority to take material dredged during the expansion of Craney Island from sediment remediation and wetlands mitigation sites along the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River and dispose of it at the Craney Island Disposal Area.
