SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Notice of foreclosure. Provides that written notice of the intent to foreclose shall be sent to the present owner of the property at least 30 days before any proposed sale in execution of a deed of trust. The notice shall contain the name and contact information for (i) the party secured, (ii) the mortgage servicer, if any, and (iii) an agent of the party secured who is authorized to modify the terms of the loan. The failure to comply with the notice requirements gives a private cause of action to the property owner.
