SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Alcoholic beverage control; regulations; prorated license fees for act of God. Provides for proration of ABC license taxes for licensees whose place of business is destroyed by an act of God, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, hurricane, or storm and requires the ABC Board to prescribe the schedule of proration. The bill also requires the ABC Board to adopt reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on outdoor alcoholic beverage advertising so that such advertising does not encourage or otherwise promote the consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons to whom alcoholic beverages may not be sold. The bill specifies the parameters within which outdoor advertising regulations must comport.
