SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Passing a stopped school bus. Rewrites the Code section that punishes passing a school bus as reckless driving to correct an error in legal construction and to further clarify the language. The bill contains an emergency clause. This bill has been incorporated into SB 769.
