SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Aquaculture; Virginia Marine Resources Commission; authority of local governments.  Expands the definitions of agricultural operation and production agriculture in the "Right to Farm Act" to include the practice of aquaculture. As a result, no special exception or conditional use permit shall be required for aquaculture production in areas zoned to allow agriculture.
