SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Offshore Wind Development Authority; membership.  Exempts members of the U.S. Armed Forces who serve on the Virginia Offshore Wind Development Authority from a provision barring federal government employees from holding a state office. The measure also clarifies the process by which the Governor appoints to the Authority persons nominated by the Secretary of the Navy.
