SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; regulations of the board.  Provides that the Board shall require all off-premises retail licensees and all government stores to post a sign in a conspicuous location that bears a warning regarding the risks of consuming alcohol during pregnancy.
