Recognition of the United Cherokee Indian Tribe of Virginia, Incorporated.  Extends official state recognition to the United Cherokee Indian Tribe of Virginia, Incorporated and grants the United Cherokee Indian Tribe of Virginia, Incorporated representation on the Virginia Council on Indians.
