SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Court approval of newspapers used for legal notices and publications.  Provides that a newspaper may petition the circuit court for the jurisdiction in which the newspaper is located or circulated for the authority to publish ordinances, resolutions, notices, or advertisements.
