SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Scenic river. Designates a 19.2-mile segment of the Appomattox River in Chesterfield County as a scenic river. The bill does not preclude the Commonwealth or a local governing body from constructing, reconstructing, operating, or performing necessary maintenance on any road or bridge project. The owner of the Harvell Dam in the City of Petersburg may construct, reconstruct, operate, and maintain the Harvell Dam subject to other law and regulation.
