SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Income tax; clean special fuels motor vehicle and plug-in electric motor vehicle tax credit.  Grants an income tax credit of $2,000 to each taxpayer who purchases a clean special fuels motor vehicle or plug-in electric motor vehicle for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2011, but before January 1, 2015.
