SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Early Childhood Investment Fund.  Establishes the Virginia Early Childhood Investment Fund for the purpose of financing cost-effective early childhood development and educational programs throughout the Commonwealth. The Fund will be administered by the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation with oversight from the State Superintendent of Schools and the State Board of Education.
