SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; prohibited conduct by constitutional officers. Prohibits a constitutional officer, during the one year after the termination of his public service, from acting in a representative capacity on behalf of any person or group, for compensation, on any matter before the agency of which he was an officer. The bill provides that it does not apply to attorneys for the Commonwealth.
