SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Prepayment of fines under local ordinances.  Provides that the chief judge of a circuit court may enter an order allowing for the prepayment of fines imposed under local traffic infraction and other local ordinances. Currently, such an order must be entered by all judges of the circuit.
