SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Reporting on health professionals; assisted living facilities.  Provides that the administrator of every licensed assisted living facility shall report to the Department of Health Professions any information indicating that a health professional may have a substance abuse or mental health problem.
