SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Freedom of Information Act; proceedings for enforcement. Requires that the party against whom a FOIA petition is brought must receive a copy of the petition at least three working days prior to the filing of the petition. The bill contains technical amendments and is a recommendation of the FOIA Council. The bill is identical to SB 763.
