SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Notice of zoning administrator actions.  Provides that when an applicant requesting a determination or other action from the zoning administrator is not the owner of the subject property, written notice shall be given to the owner within 10 days of the request.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 15.2-2204, 15.2-2301 and 15.2-2311 of the Code of Virginia related to providing notice to landowners when their real property is the subject of a zoning determination.
