SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Income tax; livable home tax credit. Adds building contractors to those taxpayers who are allowed an income tax credit when they build new residences or retrofit existing residences to provide universal accessibility, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2011.
