SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Menhaden fishing prohibited. Prohibits fishing for menhaden within one mile of the low mean water mark in waters adjacent to the Cities of Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach. If someone fishes in these waters, he is subject to a penalty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
