SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia National Defense Industrial Authority; membership.  Increases the membership on the Virginia National Defense Industrial Authority from 18 to 19 members by adding an additional gubernatorial appointee. In addition to the Secretary of Commerce and Trade being a named member of the Authority, the Governor would be given the power to appoint an Assistant to the Governor or other Cabinet member.
