SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Falsifying patient records. Rewrites statute on the fraudulent falsification of patient records, which is a Class 3 misdemeanor, to require intent to defraud and makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Falsifying patient records.  Changes the fraudulent falsification of patient records from a Class 3 misdemeanor offense to a Class 1 misdemeanor offense.
