SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General District Court jurisdiction. Extends the concurrent jurisdiction of the general district courts and the circuit courts over civil actions from $15,000 to $25,000. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference. This bill has been incorporated into HB 1590.
