SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Personal and corporate income tax credit; easements granted to a recreation authority. Provides an income tax credit to a taxpayer for granting an easement for trails to a recreation authority in an amount equivalent to the real property tax on that part of the taxpayer's land covered by the easement.
