RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments made by the Joint Rules Committee to the Commonwealth Health Research Board pursuant to § 23-278 of the Code of Virginia:

L. Matthew Frank, M.D., 840 Southampton Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23510, Member, to serve an unexpired term ending March 31, 2012, to succeed Mark J. Werner, M.D.

Karsten F. Konerding, M.D., 1508 Willow Lawn Drive, #117, Richmond, Virginia 23230, Member, to serve an unexpired term ending March 31, 2013, to succeed Kamlesh N. Dave, M.D.

Michael J. Friedlander, Ph.D., 406 23rd Street, S.W., Roanoke, Virginia 24014, Member, to serve an unexpired term ending March 31, 2011, to succeed Dianne Reynolds-Cane, M.D., and for a term of five years beginning April 1, 2011, and ending March 31, 2016, to succeed himself.
